REFUND & FREEZING TERMS
NO REFUND
All coaching fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, under any circumstances. By enrolling in the program, you acknowledge and agree to this condition.
FREEZING POLICY
We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Therefore, freezing of your coaching subscription is allowed only once during the subscription period, and only under valid circumstances, such as:
- Injury
- Hospitalisation
- Demise in the immediate family
To request a freeze, you must inform us at the earliest with valid proof. The subscription will be frozen only from the date of intimation, not retroactively.
